Candy did a great job as my agent to help me find a home in Phoenix during an especially hectic housing market. I was also living out of state, so it made house-hunting even more difficult. However, Candy was always available, whether it was taking me to last minute showings or taking late calls/emails, and being very expeditious with documents and inspections to make sure I got the best chance possible. She also answered all of the questions I had as a first time buyer and helped me throughout the entire process patiently.
