Cody was so awesome to work with. I couldn’t be happier with him as our realtor. He helped us every step of the way, always with positivity, kindness, and friendliness. He knows what he is talking about, and he is a great advocate to have working on your side. He was in constant contact with us throughout the searching process, and was even more amazing once we made an offer. He had great contacts for a very smooth mortgage process. There was never any doubt about what was supposed to happen next, because Cody and the mortgage team worked hand in hand to get everything set up. I can’t overstate how much we loved working with Cody. He was so anxious to help us get into our house on the closing date, he even helped the previous owner with some of their packing! Amazing!! Cody is good people, and he’s the best in the business when it comes to real estate, as far as I’m concerned.
