“So, I got my license in October of 2020. I was looking for a different revenue stream. My current job was really demanding and i didn’t get to spend as much time with my son as I wanted to. I started with REDX, started calling leads, started calling everybody on the internet and I got nothing, got nowhere with it. So, I actually was calling for open houses and I talked to Elise Fay and she asked me to come in for a meeting and potentially join the team. I got really excited about it and started getting training through Jeff and Phil, just the different scripts, the general knowledge that a realtor actually needs. Since the training with Jeff and Phil, I’ve been starting to average one deal a month, the latest one I’ve closed it was my biggest one ever. It was a $650 asking price we started at a $665, we negotiated through the BINSR and through inspections. We were able to get that drop down to back to the original asking price of $650.
