El Chorro Paradise Valley is offering their summer cocktail classes again this year beginning on Wednesday, June 18. This series runs one Wednesday a month through September 18th. El Chorro calls this series the Classroom Bar and participants will receive personal instruction on expertly crafting cocktails from beverage manager Alec Van Dobben. Each class will include a barside meal and detailed demonstrations on basic bar techniques, tips on flavor combinations and tasting of the evening’s featured liquors and cocktail creations.

September 18- Irish Whiskey
