Gilbert Regional Park’s Fourth of July Celebration will have live music, aerial entertainment, drones, and fireworks. Gates open at 4 pm and fireworks begin at 9 pm. Parking is $15, credit cards only. www.gilbertaz.gov
Glendale’s Westgate Entertainment District’s Free Patriotic Celebration will have a beer garden, live music, face and arm painting, a splash zone for kids, and a fireworks spectacular at 9 pm. www.westgateaz.com/event/america
Phoenix’s Fabulous 4th, one of the Southwest’s biggest fireworks displays, returns for the first time in four years. Steele Indian School Park will host kids’ activities, food and craft vendors, and fireworks. 6-10 pm. www.phoenix.gov
Scottsdale’s Fairmont Princess Resort’s 13th Annual Freedom Fest will have daily fireworks and entertainment from Saturday, July 1 through July 4. Guests who dine at the resort can partake in activities July 1-3, but only hotel guests with reservations are allowed on July 4. Fireworks begin at 9 pm. Other entertainment includes “dive-In” movies, roller skating, mini golf, a Falcon Warbirds air show Tuesday afternoon, and outdoor concerts. www.scottsdaleprincess.com
