Caesars Republic Scottsdale is planned to break ground in 2019 at the intersection of North Goldwater and East Highland Avenue near Scottsdale Fashion Square. Caesars Republic Scottsdale will be Caesars Entertainment Corporation’s first non-gaming hotel in the United States.
The 11-story glass building in Scottsdale will house 266 rooms. In addition to traditional hotel suites, there will be a bridal suite and five luxury entertainment suites. It will also house a 7,000 sqft ballroom with 34 ft sliding glass doors that will open out to the adjacent lawn. The ballroom will be divisible into four sections and will be able to accommodate banquets for up to 500 people. The most stunning part of the planned Caesars Republic Scottsdale may be the 7th floor rooftop pool and bar featuring views of Camelback Mountain. The pool will host year-round activities and the rooftop bar will feature specialty drinks. Adjacent to the pool will be the hotel’s fitness center.
