The DC Ranch News is a monthly publication of DC Ranch neighborhood news. In the May 2023 issue, announcements are made for the new board members. The Ranch Association, along with the board members, is responsible for the professional management and protection of the community’s fiscal and environmental assets.
Congratulations to Phil Geiger and Iruna Sukhovolets, who were elected for three-year terms at the Ranch Association Board of Directors Annual Meeting in April.
Phil Geiger – A 24-year DC resident and long-term volunteer of DC Ranch. He will serve his second consecutive term as president in 2023-2024. He will serve as a committee member for Modifications and Community Patrol and Gate Access.
Iryna Sukhovolets – Originally from Ukraine and lived on the east coast before becoming a DC Ranch resident three years ago in the Villas at Market Street.
