Mermaid Swim Class
Saturday, July 21st from 10-11am
Peregrine Villas Pool
This class if for everyone who has ever dreamed of being a mermaid! Grayhawk kids, teens and adults are welcome to sign up to properly learn how to swim with a mermaid tail! The class is 45 minutes long, then 15 minutes for free swim, pictures and a treat. If the first class fills up, a second class will be held at 11am. Cost to participate with fin rental is $40. Chess Wizards Summer Chess Camp
July 23rd-27th from 9am-3pm
Talon Room
Kids will love the challenging chess lessons, exciting games and cool prizes at Chess Wizards camp. They will meet new friends and work out their most powerful muscle-their brain! The camp is for kids entering grades kindergarten through 8th grade. The camp includes fun team chess games, recess time, snacks and tournaments. Each camper will receive Chess Wizards t-shirt and a trophy! The cost to participate in this weeklong camp is $265. Please RSVP to 480-563-9708.
Kids Copper Tooling Craft
Thursday, August 2nd from 10-11:30am
Raptor Room
Kids ages 7 and up can join retired Deer Valley School art teacher Sunny Hall for an exciting craft project. They will be making beautiful creations with copper tooling. Copper tooling is the process of creating designs on a thin sheet of metal by emboss drawing, denting and stamping. Kids are welcome to bring a non-Grayhawk friend to this creative event.
