Mastro’s Steakhouse

cactusLooking to make a lasting impression, celebrate a special occasion, or just finish off the day in an amazing way? Then look no further because situated in the beautiful North Scottsdale Homes for Sale area you will discover the finest steakhouse in Arizona or the Country for that matter.

Mastro’s Steakhouse, known for its high-end prime steak and premier dining experience, is located in the La Mirada Center on the northeast corner of Pinnacle Peak Road and Pima Road (approximately 5 minutes north of the 101 from Pima/Princess Road exit).

This particular North Scottsdale location is noteworthy because it is the Original Mastro’s founded in 1999 and continues to set the standard for all other Mastro establishments.

Upon entering the front doors guests are able to enjoy the sound of skilled live entertainment coming from the piano bar in the lounge area.  If you are interested in a cool atmosphere and dining experience sit in the Lounge, or if you’re bold enough dine on the piano bar for a night to remember.   On the other hand if you are having a serious business dinner, a reunion with friends, or looking for a quiet romantic evening  choose a table in one of the elegant dining rooms.

Once seated your divine dining experience will begin.  A delicious bread basket will be brought to the table, and includes the always popular soft pretzel bread, garlic cheese flat bread, pumpernickel bread stick, and white yeast bread.  As you feast on this basket  order one of the many amazing martinis such as the Mastro’s Cosmo with dry ice which is sent out with  a shaker ( 1 Mastro’s martini = 2 regular martini’s).  If wine sounds like a better fit order a glass from the impressive wine list, and revel in the Mastro’s 8oz pour.  Then, jump straight into the appetizers and enjoy the astounding seafood tower with colossal shrimp, Dungeness crab, oysters, and stone crab claws.   Some other great choices are the Ahi Tuna Tartare a layered fare of tuna, avocado, and crunchy wontons, or the Steak Sashimi with medium-rare sliced filet mignon served over a bed of wasabi mashed potatoes.   Then get ready to order from a wonderful selection of greens including Mastro’s chopped salad or lettuce wedge with real bacon bits that can easily be split to serve two.  For the main course  choose among a large selection of prime steaks including the bone in filet (most popular), porterhouse, rib-eye, and N.Y strip each  served on sizzling plates heated to 400 degrees.  The steaks are exceptional, but if you are looking for another option the Chilean Sea Bass is not to be missed. There are also many family-style sides to choose from with some of the most popular being Mastro’s mashed potatoes, Gorgonzola Mac &Cheese, gnocchi, and creamed corn.

To complete the experience order Mastro’s number one selling signature butter cake that literally melts in your mouth. This yellow cake is served warm with a soft moist center, caramelized top layer, and comes with home-made whipped cream and a scoop of ice cream.

With nine locations spanning the country in Arizona, California, Chicago, and Las Vegas an unparalleled dining experience awaits you!

The North Scottsdale Homes for Sale Mastro’s Steakhouse is located at 8852 East Pinnacle Peak Road and serves dinner daily  from 5-10pm Mon-Thur, 5-11pm Fri. & Sat., and the Lounge is open from 4pm to close daily.
