Dave and Jeannette Morrocco live a very active lifestyle as small business owners with Orange Theory fitness studios franchises in Arizona, Nevada & Utah. They employ about 80 people on a full time bases and are HUGE dog lovers, no kids of their own, but big extended family supporters of the nieces & nephews!
When Dave and Jeannette sold their home in Fireside at Norterra, they originally hoped to find a home in Paradise Valley. Yet, the new construction, modern home they wanted lacked the views they hoped for. So, after some discussions of where else they may want to be, we began looking at homes in North Scottsdale’s Toll Brother’s community Talon Ranch. Now they have an amazing new modern home with views of Tom’s Thumb and Four Peaks. We wish them years of enjoyment in their new home!
