Kevin and Kelly recently moved from Southern California and bought a house in Paradise Valley with the Sibbach Team. While still living in California, they received a couple agent referrals from friends, but didn’t feel they were a good fit for their house hunting search. Yet, once they met with the Sibbach Team, they instantly knew it was match.
Their journey originally began looking at homes in DC Ranch, but after touring countless homes, they opened their search to other neighborhoods, this led them to Paradise Valley. They fell in love with Paradise Valley’s central location and larger lot sizes. A central location was nice for work, and having a large yard was important to them, as they have two growing children.
When asked what is their favorite feature of their new Ranch-Style home, they couldn’t pick just one. They are in love with the high ceilings, French Oak flooring and the amazing backyard.
