Mother’s Day is traditionally spent gathering all the family together and taking Mom out to brunch, but this year while we self-quarantine during the coronavirus, things are a little different. But just because you should be spending the day home, doesn’t mean you can’t make your Mom’s day special!
If you live with Mom:
-Surprise her with breakfast in bed
-Write her a few notes and hide them around the house
-Write a chalk message on the sidewalk along her morning walking route
–Clean the house so she doesn’t have to lift a finder
-Pull our the family photos and reminisce together
-Video chat with grandma-she’s a mom too!
If you don’t live with Mom:
-Send her a meal from her favorite restaurant
-Drop off flowers or a little gift at her front door
-Have all the siblings make a short video message for mom and edit it together
-Call her up and let her know how much you love her!
Mother’s Day 2020 may be celebrated different, but remember Mom’s number one with for all her children is for them to be happy and HEALTHY!
