Its Disneyland for pets this weekend at the annual Phoenix Pet Expo at Westworld near McDowell Mountain Ranch. This is a one of a kind event for pet lovers and the pets themselves. The two day event will feature over 150 exhibitors of products ranging from homemade treats to pet beds. Hundreds of rescue groups will be at the expo hoping to find forever homes for dogs and cats. There will be a variety of entertainment including a visit from Shorty Rossi from “Pit Boss” and the guys from “Tanked” on Animal Planet. In addition, look for fabulous prizes and giveaways, discounted vaccinations, microchipping and heartworm and flea preventatives, free nail trims, obedience training clinics, a pet parade, pet costume contest, working dog contest and much, much more.
