The World Food Championships is making a stop at WestWorld in Scottsdale on October 25 and 26 for the Scottsdale Sizzlin’ Showdown. Home cooks and professional chefs alike are welcome to enter one of the three featured competitions – seafood, cheese and sandwich – for a chance at earning a spot in the World Food Championships held in Las Vegas this November, where the grand prize is $100,000.
Twenty competitors in each category will have one hour to put together their best dish and impress the judge. This event will take place at the same time as the Scottsdale Polo Party Championships., making West World the place to be that weekend. Tickets are $15 on Saturday and $10 on Sunday.
