Labor Day Public Swim

Summer 2016 officially comes to a close Labor Day weekend and so does public swim at the Scottsdale pools-it’s the best way to spend a hot weekend in Scottsdale! As the fall season begins, lap swimming, the fitness centers and water exercise classes will continue at these three facilities! Visit the City of Scottsdale Aquatics page for times and addresses.
Lights on Afterschool

With many parents both working, afterschool programs are an important role in the lives of children, families and the community. Join the FREE celebration September 23rd to recognize Scottsdale’s many afterschool programs! The celebration will include: a photo booth, mega sidewalk chalk art, music, FREE food, jumping inflatables and meet “Howler,” the Arizona Coyotes Mascot!

Grab your picnic basket, blanket or lawn chairs, and join your friends and neighbors at the park for a FREE movie under the stars! The September movie is Disney’s “Inside Out”. Popcorn, snow cones, candy and soda will be provided!
