Our team was selected because of our track record of helping clients across the entire Valley while maintaining “Best of Zillow” status. Zillow is very big on surveying clients and asking for reviews to get real-time data on how well their partners treat clients. If we get into the nomenclature, “Reviews” from clients are public for the world to see, but they also have private “CSAT ” (Customer Satisfaction) scores that Zillow monitors internally to determine if our agents are properly taking care of clients through every step of the process.
