The McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park in Scottsdale is one of the most unique parks in the country. The park is open daily and guests can ride on the Paradise and Pacific Railroad and the carousel, shop, play on the extensive playgrounds and western themed “town” or picnic in one of the many ramadas. In addition to that, the park hosts the Summer Concert Series 2015 which are free concerts every Sunday evening from 7:30 pm to 9 pm from now until July 5th. Be sure to bring a blanket and a lawn chair and enjoy some of your favorite local bands such as Groove Merchants, Pearl Ridge, Rock Lobster, The JJ’s, Mogollon and many more.
