Meet the Mayor!
Last time we checked in on the Mayor of Pinnacle Peak, we found him on the trail catching up with some of North Scottsdale’s local hikers. This past Saturday, the Mayor of Pinnacle Peak was checking in on the smart phone app Swarm for the 1000th time! The Swarm user who checks-in at a location more than any other user is awarded the title of “Mayor.” This is a well earned title for local real estate expert, Jeff Sibbach.
Since the Mayor of Pinnacle Peak was marking his 1000th check in, the Sibbach Team set up a tent in celebration. Business partner Phil Sexton, and team handed out “I Hung out with the Mayor of Pinnacle Peak” shirts! Hikers coming off of the trail were pretty excited to snag one of these shirts. Many of them sharing that they had bumped into the Mayor on the trail that morning!
Pinnacle Peak resides in a scenic part of North Scottsdale with unparalleled views, and a heart warming sense of community. It’s trails wind their way up the bouldery mountain, past giant saguaros, giving way to panoramic views of the McDowell Mountains, Four Peaks, Granite Mountain and Cone mountain. As well as the lovely Four Seasons Resort at Troon North, and many luxury homes at its’ base. North Scottsdale is commonly defined by its high quality of life. And in 1993 was one of several cities to receive a “Most Livable City” award from the United States Conference of Mayors.
