The Town of Carefree will be hosting the 5th Annual Veterans Day presentation and musical tribute on Monday November 11 fro m 3-5 pm at the Carefree Desert Gardens. It is located at 101 Easy Street. This event will feature a mixture of patriotic and military music with live bands singing “The Star Spangled Banner” and “God Bless America”. TAPS will also be presented on dueling bugles. Special speakers will include veterans of the armed force who will share their experiences from the past. Packages From Home will be there to accept items for shipment to troops serving overseas. This event is free.
