Cactus / Shea Corridor Area One extends from Tatum Blvd east to Scottsdale Rd and Thunderbird Rd south to Shea Blvd. You can see a snippet of Scottsdale Airport in the northeast corner and the grey area west of Tatum is the Paradise Valley mall. In the middle you have Orange Tree Golf Resort, parks, schools, and several different gatherings of home builders.
