Many realtors will post 50, 60 or even more photos of a listing-that is way too many! Honestly, in rare special circumtances that many pictures is helpful, but 99% of home sales are from buyers physically walking through the door.
The Sibbach Team‘s photo strategy is a little different than most realtors. We believe the most important rooms in a house can be shown in five photos (sometimes a few more, depending on the size of the house). This is kind of a teasing strategy- teasing potential buyers to want to see more, to want to see the house in person. Matter of fact, we may not even show all the upgrades in our photos. Then when buyer see the house in person they are extra impress with the surprise upgrades.
