The Cactus/Shea Corridor refers to the rectangle from Tatum east to 104th St and from Thunderbird south to Shea. Other agents call it the Shea Corridor, the Cactus Corridor, or sometimes the Kierland Corridor. In order to simplify your search we’re grouping it all into the Cactus/Shea Corridor.
This area is known for being more in-town than North Scottsdale; the Corridor is more centralized between downtown and the North Scottsdale amenities. However, the Corridors typically have older or dated homes. There are nice areas inside the Corridor and there are luxury communities, but for the most part these homes were built between 1970 – 2002.
The Cactus/Shea Corridor has good schools and an abundance of shopping, restaurants, and entertaining including Scottsdale Quarter, CrackerJax, Kierland Commons, and the Paradise Valley Mall.
