Each month we’re focusing on something new at Estancia; whether it’s new membership terms, updates to the clubhouse, or just getting to know the golf course. We’ve already taken you through Hole One of the golf course, this month we will focus on the 5th hole.
As described in the Estancia Club Brochure:
Along 478-yard par 4,this hole is truly strong! Into the wind and with a menacing green setting, this hole adds teeth to the front nine. The left side affords the best approach into a green and away from five bunkers.
Overlooking the Estancia 5th fairway is a luxury Tuscan style home designed by Lee Hutchison. It is currently on the market for $5.1m. It is a cul-de-sac lot located on the Western slope of Pinnacle Peak and captures expansive city light, mountain, and sunset views.
