Coventry at the Park has 173 homes ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet in size.
Floor plans include single and two story homes. There are several “pocket parks” and
winding paths in the community including a green belt to the East.
Residents are close to The Boys and Girls Club, a new City of Scottsdale park themed
for baseball and basketball. Each city park has a slightly different theme or purpose.
There are two elementary schools within walking distance, Grayhawk public elementary
and Eldorado private elementary schools. Grayhawk elementary is surrounded by a
small city park that is used by the school during the day and reverts to public use after
school hours.

The Grayhawk community features several miles of walking trails both paved and
unpaved that wind through green belt areas and many play parks with covered swings
and play equipment.
Located at the South East corner of the community is a small office park with a mix of
medical, and professional services including the Grayhawk Community offices.
