Pinnacle at Grayhawk has 35 homes ranging from 2,700 to 3,800 square feet in size. Pinnacle is the only gated section on the Park side of the Grayhawk master planned community. Residents are close to Basha’s grocery shopping, Pei Wei, Chipotle, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers for eateries. Many boutique shops include ABC music (music lessons), Grayhawk veterinary clinic, YogaOne, and Leslie Pool Supplies.
Grayhawk features many parks. There are two Scottsdale city parks in grayhawk one which surrounds the Grayhawk elementary school and the other is steps away featuring ball diamonds, basketball courts, trails, and family play areas (the master plan calls for a open area dog park as well). The park is anchored by the Boys and Girls Club that includes before and after school programs.
The Grayhawk community features several miles of walking trails both paved and unpaved that wind through green belt areas and many play parks with covered swings and play equipment.
Golfers can enjoy one of two world class championship golf courses. The Talon golf course is the highest rated public golf course in Arizona and is included in Golf Magazines “Top 100 you can play in the U.S.” The Raptor golf course designed by Tom Fazio and home to many internationally ranked tournaments.
