The 10th annual Tour De Scottsdale benefiting the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy is on Sunday October 13. The event begins in Market Street at DC Ranch at Pima Road and Thompson Peak Parkway and features a 70-mile and 30-mile citizen’s ride. This awesome ride circumnavigates the McDowell Preserve and you can ride any type of bike as long as you can ride safely in large groups. Mountain Bikes, recumbents and handbikes are all approved bikes. The event is limited to 2,000 cyclists so register early. The 30-mile tour is $75 and the 70-mile tour is $135.
