DC Ranch Neighborhood Spotlight: The Estates
The Estates neighborhood is situated along Palo Brea at the southern tip of DC Ranch. The 111 residences are part of the Desert Parks Village and feature varying architectural styles of Spanish, Ranch Territorial and Craftsman influences. Matt Farber is one of two Neighborhood Voting Members of The Estates. Matt enjoys the easy access to town and the close proximity to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve.
