DC Ranch August 2021

DC Ranch is looking forward to the future and making improvements to create an even more connected and engaging community. The master plan project that was put on pause during the pandemic, has restarted. The Community Council team and the Master Plan Committee (MPC) continue to work together virtually on the Master Plan and Space Needs Analysis.

Recent developments:

December 2020- A request for proposal was developed and released for an architectural firm to conduct the space needs assessment and Master Plan concept design.

March 2021- After evaluation and interviews, the selection team recommended Holly Street Studio and CHASSE Building Team to the Community Council Board of Directors. The Board approved the contract.

April & May 2021- Holly Street Studio, CHASSE Building Team and DC Ranch studied the priorities and date that the MPC provided.

June 2021- The Community Council and Holly Street Studio hosted a virtual engagement meeting where residents had the opportunity to provide live feedback on the conceptual plans.

July 2021- The resident feedback process continued. If residents were unable to attend the June meeting, the record virtual feedback session was posted on DCRanch.com, and residents provided feedback through email.
