DC Ranch News - August 2022The DC Ranch Association Committees are confirmed. The Budget and Finance Committee is Chaired by the Board of Treasurer, John Shaw. Other members include Maria Walberg from the Board of Directors, as well as David Peterson (Desert Parks), Glen Bier. (Silberliear), Dave Underwood (Desert Camp) and Jon Dubauskas (Desert Camp). The Committee is actively seeking a volunteer from Country Club as the committee can consist of up to five residents.

The Modification Committee consists of at least three but not more than five members approved by and serving at the Board’s discretion. The chair of the committee is Board Member, Geoff Wilner.

The Policy Committee is composed of three to five members, two of which shall be sitting Directors of the Board, which are Chair Elaine Cottey and President Phil Geiger.

The Firewise Committee is composed of seven members: three residents Andrea Brin, Kris James, and Paul Staker, tow sitting Directors, Phil Geiger (Chair) and Greg Kiraly, and two staff members, the Landscape Manager, and Meghann Hill, Director of Community Services.
