DC Ranch real estate is a residential community located in North Scottsdale. The community, which was created in 1993, is a collection of lots at the base of the Arizona McDowell Mountains and nearby the loop 101 freeway. Homeowners have easily accessible shopping, restaurants, and schools. Market Street is the local commercial development that offers a variety of places to eat and shopping.
It’s been over a year since Anderson Security Agency partnered with DC Ranch to provide security services. New services were added, including snake removal and Emergency Medical Response certification for the patrol team. In 2019, Anderson responded to 232 snake calls, including once case where 13 rattlesnakes had to be relocated. The patrol team put their first-aid training to use by assisting with three resident related situation throughout the year. All security staff is now CPR and automated external defibrillator certified. Anderson also assisted with two contained fires in the community last year as well as an unexpected helicopter landing in the Upper Canyon. Video cameras have been installed at Cross Canyon in Country Club and 102nd Street in Windgate and the pedestrian tunnels near Market Street Villas and The Haciendas neighborhoods. The cameras will be used to monitor any unusual activity or flash flooding.
