The DC Ranch Neighborhood Voting Member (NVM) election gets underway this month. DC Ranch residents elect 44 neighbors to serve the neighborhoods where they live by voting on Ranch Association matters requiring a “member vote”. Their most significant duty is the election of the Board of Directors, which occurs in early April each year. While board members serve staggered three-year terms, NVMs are elected annually. The NVM election period begins October 1st and concludes December 14th as new terms start January 1st. Any DC Ranch homeowner who is in good standing with the Association is eligible to serve.
