Are you a DC Ranch resident considering painting the exterior of your home? Remember these HOA guidelines when preparing to paint:
-No approval is required to repaint the exterior in accordance with the originally approved color scheme. Because manufacturers change over time, DC Ranch strongly recommends that a paint modification form be filled out for record-keeping purposes.
-If you are changing your paint to a custom color, or altering a color scheme, a design review fee will apply and a paint modification form is required.
-All requests must be reviewed by the DC Ranch Modification Department. A submittal is required for all residential lots, excluding sub-association. A review of the request can take up to 10 business days to complete.
