As part of the DCR2020 Strategic Initiatives, DC Ranch is creating a Master Plan for the future of the community by considering new and/or improved facilities and amenities for residents. Resident feedback is the cornerstone of the process.
Phase one begins in September as the DC Ranch management team develops a plan outline for the consideration by the Master Plan Committee. The management team will consider industry trends, Scottsdale area projects that are planned and benchmark data from other large-scale communities.
After DC Ranch leadership reviews the plan outline, the plan will move into Phase two which consists of:
-Space needs analysis
-Conceptual plans and project descriptions
-Initial cost and financial analysis
-Community review and comment
-Confirmation of projects
