We are official! DCRanch.com just listed us as one of their recommended service providers for residents of the master-planned community. We’re listed with a few other businesses and relators that serve the area. DC Ranch’s HOA does an excellent job of maintaining their website to be an up-to-date hub of community information for residents, visitors, and businesses that serve the area.
I first started selling homes in DC Ranch in 2009 and have sold 10 since ranging in price from $430,000 – $2,485,000. You can see a list of my DC Ranch sales here. In 2012, I went through the DC Ranch Realtor Certification program. It’s put on by the HOA as a way to ensure professionals in the area know the rules about the community gates, transfer fees, HOA audits, and more. I learned a lot through the program and it’s nice that they include a gate key for those that complete it. Not having to punch in a code makes it a little easier when meeting clients.
