This featured event is taking place in Fountain Hills. Fountain Hills is a community just East of Scottsdale. The best way to get there is to take Shea Boulevard East of Scottsdale. But you can also take a scenic drive from Dynamite Road through the community of Rio Verde to get there. On our North Scottsdale Map (click to view larger), you can see Dynamite Blvd. pass through Troon. Continue East/South and you will find Fountain Hills.
Even if you are not German, grab your stein and come to Fountain Hills for an Oktoberfest celebration in the Fountain Park on September 27-29th. This event features traditional Oktoberfest entertainment such as Bier Stein holding contests, best dressed Oktoberfest, Alphorn Blowing contest and a Polka contest. There will also be non-stop musical entertainment, a beer garden, kids inflatable rides and raffles. Of course no Oktoberfest would be complete without Brats, Sauerkraut and Potato Salad as well as the famous Apple Strudel. Ticket prices range from $4-$12. Find more information at Oktoberfest.
