The Grayhawk Community Association along with Retreat Village Association recently agreed that an updated feel and look of the community was a necessity.
Some changes that were put into place included improving the variety of the plant palette, and adding additional species of native plants. This approach introduced plants with more color and varied heights.
Additionally, a change in color scheme used on common area walls and wrought iron fences will be updated from the original brown/purple for walls and a blue/green color for fences, to a more currently used combination of Dunn-Edwards’ paint color Mesa Tan that will hold up for many years to come.
Read more about these updates on the Manager’s Corner page, and much for in the latest issue of the Grayhawk Flight newsletter for Grayhawk Community.
