Grayhawk is one of my favorite neighborhoods to show homes in. There are single family home, townhome and condo subdivisions. They all offer superb views of Pinnacle Peak and the McDowell Mountains, as well as convenient amenities. While touring Grayhawk with clients, I encourage them to take a look at the recent issue of the neighborhood publication, Grayhawk Flight. The Grayhawk Flight gives readers a peek into the many activties and amenities the community has to offer residents. A few events the Grayhawk will be hosting in February 2018 are:
Daddy Daughter Dance
Saturday, February 24th from 5:30-7:30pm
Grayhawk Elementary School
Grayhawk fathers and daughters, get ready for an Enchanted Evening at the “Once Upon a Time” Daddy Daughter Dance. A DJ will be playing all your favorite music and there will be raffle prizes. Painting with a Splash: Watercolor Workshop
Monday, February 26th from 9am-1pm

Have fun with old and new friends as you become an artist! You will learn creative secrets in techniques and texture while using watercolor paints. Beginner and advance painters are all welcome.
