Year after year, Grayhawk continues to be one of my favorite neighborhoods to show homes in. There are single family home, townhome and condo subdivisions. They all offer superb views of Pinnacle Peak and the McDowell Mountains, as well as convenient amenities. While touring Grayhawk with clients, I encourage them to take a look at the recent issue of the neighborhood publication, Grayhawk Flight. The Grayhawk Flight gives readers a peek into the many activities and amenities the community has to offer residents. A few events the Grayhawk will be hosting in March 2018 are:
Fractured Flower Painting Class
Monday, March 19th from 9am-1pm
Raptor Room
Grayhawk residents, meet your neighbors and make new friends while becoming an artist. At this class, you will learn creative secrets in techniques and texture. All skill levels are welcome, instructor Lisa Fitzgibbons will guide everyone with step-by-step instructions and personal attention. The cost for this event is $50. Ladies Bunco
Tuesday, March 27th at 6pm
Raptor Room
Ladies come meet your neighbors for a fun night of Bunco! Don’t worry if you have never played before, all you need to know is how to roll dice! RSVP to 480-563-9839 by March 23rd. The cost for this event is $5 and bring an appetizer or a bottle of wine to share.
New Resident Orientation
Wednesday, March 28th at 6pm
