New Paint Schemes are Coming to Grayhawk Neighborhoods
The Architectural Review Committee has been working with Dunn Edwards on additional paint schemes for each Grayhawk neighborhood. Four additional color schemes have been approved for the Peregrine Villas, Halcon Villas, Crown Point Norte and Coventry (Park and Grayhawk) neighborhoods. The current colors and updated colors are available to view on the Dunn Edwards website. You may also visit the Grayhawk Community website at www.grayhawkcommunity.org to view a list of colors or stop into the Grayhawk Community Association office to look at samples. The Architectural Review Committee will be systematically updating each neighborhood over the next several months. Additional colors schemes are currently being developed for Monterey Park, Ridgecrest and Montevina.
