Grayhawk is one of my favorite neighborhoods to show homes in. There are single family home, townhome and condo subdivisions. They all offer superb views of Pinnacle Peak and the McDowell Mountains, as well as convenient amenities. While touring Grayhawk with clients, I encourage them to take a look at the recent issue of the neighborhood publication, Grayhawk Flight. The Grayhawk Flight gives readers a peek into the many activties and amenities the community has to offer residents. A few events the Grayhawk will be hosting in November 2018 are:
Bodega 13 Dinner Show Concert
Thursday, November 15th at 7 pm

Come check out one of the Valley’s most popular Latin Jazz performers, Carmela Ramirez, at Bodega13. Grayhawk residents, if you enjoy Jazz with an extra pizazz and want to test out your salsa skills, this event is great for you and your friends! Arrive at the restaurant between 6-6:30pm to get seated and prior to the show. Grayhawk residents will be seated together community style and will have access to the full food and drink menu. Bodega 13 is offering half off the $20 concert fee for Grayhawk residents. The $10 concert fee will be added to your bill at the end of the event, no need to pre-pay! Single Sippers Potluck and Game Night

Looking for casual conversation, a friend, or just want to meet some other singles in your neighborhood? Then this event is for you! This is a fun way to broaden your circle of friends and to try something new if traditional Happy Hours aren’t your thing. This month in honor of Thanksgiving the Grayhawk Single Sippers are having their own Single Sippers “friendsgiving”. Everyone is asked to bring either an appetizer or bottle of wine to share. Join your single neighbors for this fun night playing fun teambuilding games to help break the ice. Please RSVP by Monday, November 26th at www.grayhawkcommunity.org.
