Halcon Villas Grayhawk are located in the 24 hour guard gated community of the Raptor Retreat to the North side of Thompson Peak Parkway. There are 87 homes and included in the HOA is a community pool and tennis courts. Homes sizes range from 2,300 to 2,600 square feet with four different floor plans.

The Talon golf course is the highest rated public golf course in Arizona and is included in Golf Magazines “Top 100 you can play in the U.S.” The Raptor golf course designed by Tom Fazio and home to many internationally ranked tournaments.
Grocery shoppers have a choice between locally owned Basha’s and A.J’s fine foods, as well as Fry’s marketplace grocery stores. Find a great cup of Joe in any of them or stop by one of several Starbucks in the area.
