Is Desert Ridge part of North Scottsdale?

Well, technically it’s in Phoenix, Phil. But according to the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce yes it is!

I mean, technically, at Scottsdale and the 101 begins North Phoenix. But, according to the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce they include all of Desert Ridge, all the way over to Cave Creek, and North up into Cave Creek and Carefree part of North Scottsdale.
