Cropped Troon Village Map

Cropped Troon Village MapI’m not sure if you’ve noticed or not, but our mapping of north Scottsdale is moving forward full steam ahead. Troon Village neighborhood maps have been added with homes for sale and recent home sales in the smaller subdivisions. Although we still have some details to add in, including neighborhood real estate stats, the maps themselves are complete. After I share a little about what I learned during the mapping process I’d like to share what that means for you, our clients.

Learning Lesson

I joined Jeff’s team in mid-2012 and although I’ve been working in residential real estate since 2006, my area of focus was not Troon Village. When I started mapping the area, I began my Troon research. As you would guess it started online. I researched as much info about Troon Village as I could find. Searching the MLS and tax records was a big help, but it wasn’t until I went out and drove the neighborhoods that it all came together. Being able to identify where the monument signs were, outlining the gated areas, and actually driving all the streets was the best education about Troon Village I could ask for.

Now when I talk to people that live in Troon Village, I’m able to hold my own in a conversation. What subdivision do you live in? Troon Fairways, Windy Walk Estates??? I can talk about the awesome views from the backside of Troon and the new subdivisions being built like Boulder Mountain Estates and Troon Canyon Estates. The best part is when Jeff talks to me about these areas, I can actually picture all the areas now.

Troon Village Maps For You

So there is no confusion, we decided to include the neighborhoods that are accessible from Happy Valley Rd. Some may argue that Ladera Vistas and Sonoran Highlands aren’t technically in Troon and others might say anything north of Jomax Rd is Troon North. If the easiest way to get to your house from Scottsdale involves the Alma School and Happy Valley intersection, your neighborhood was included… and Eagles Glen, because… well… it’s really close. :)

We are working to simplify your online home search. Each mapped area has homes for sale, recent home sales, a smaller map, and a video tour (soon to be all). This section was built based off your feedback. If we left anything out, or you would like the information displayed in a different manner just ask. We want to be your source for searching Troon Village homes for sale!
