City of Scottsdale Hosts Two Safety Events

2015-01-22_1704Residents can take advantage of two events this month and going forward. One will help save them from identify theft, while the other will allow residents to recycle electronics.
Saturday shred events have returned. The events take place at Walmart, 15355 N. Northsight Blvd., between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. February 28, March 28 and April 25. Donations of $3 per box are requested to hep with the Police Officers of Scottsdale Shop with a Cop and children’s programs.
Residents are invited to recycle old electronics equipment, including computers, TVs and phones. The City’s next electronics recycling event will be held at the North Corp Yard at 9191 E. San Salvador Dr., form 7:30 a.m. To 2 p.m. Saturday, February. 7. Find out all the items that can be recycled.
