Lennar Homes plans to demolish the former P.F. Chang’s headquarters and build Paseo at Pinnacle Peak, a luxury gated community on the 20-acre site at the intersection of Miller and Pinnacle Peak roads in North Scottsdale. The 55-home subdivision called Paseo At Pinnacle Peak is slated to be built in 2020.
The gated community will have lot sizes ranging from ⅓ acre to a 1 acre. Up to 50% of the site will be dedicated to natural, open space areas. Homeowners will enjoy the close proximity to high-end restaurants and retail in the North Scottsdale area.
