With so many summer camp options, I gave my kids an “assignment” to pick their favorites! A few of their favorites are: Camp Ancala, Phoenix Herpetological Society and Scottsdale Gymnastics.
Camp Ancala
Ancala Country Club
There will be tennis and golf instruction, along with pool activites, game trucks, laser tag and karate at Camp Ancala. The Arizona Science Center and the Phoenix Zoo will also be visiting the camp with special activities!
Weekly camps run Monday-Friday 8am-3pm through the end of June for ages 5-12.
Cost for Ancala members is $325/week and non-members $350/week.

Phoenix Herpetological Society
The Phoenix Herpetological Society is the largest reptile sanctuary in the US with over 1700 reptiles! They will be hosting 4 different types of camps for ages 6-15: Reptile Encounters, Vet Camps, Croc Camp, & Snake Camp.
Weekly camps run Monday-Friday 9am-3pm through the end of July for ages 6-15.
Cost for Phoenix Herpetological Society camps are $150-300/week.

Scottsdale Gymnastics and Tumbling
Scottsdale Gymnastics Camp will be filled with fitness, gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, zip lines and games! Weekly themes include: Fun Factory, Beach Bash, Superhero Central, Rainforest, Holiday Mash Up, Pet Palooza, Candyland, Funky Fiesta and Color Wars.
Weekly and daily camps run Monday-Friday 9am-3pm for ages 3-12.
Daily cost is $40/$55 per day and $175/$250 per week.
(Extended camp is available 8-9 am, 3-5pm, $5 per hour per child.)
