Phil Sexton of Sibbach Team’s New Home Division spent the day at VIP Homes design center to learn all about the smart home features that will be integrated into VIP’s newest Scottsdale construction project, Miller Square of Scottsdale.
Miller Square of Scottsdale condos will come standard with an array of smart home features, including Ring Elite. Ring Elite is the professional version of the Ring doorbell made specifically for new build construction homes so you can spend less time worrying about your home. Ring Elite is motion-activated and lets you see who’s at your door from anywhere and allows for two-way talk. It also records in HD video for you to review and share.
Another smart home features included at Miller Square of Scottsdale are smart kitchen and bathroom faucets. They use voice activated technology that pairs with existing devices to dispense the exact amount and temperature of water needed, all with a simple voice command. Smart Shower Faucets turn on and pre-warm your water via phone to a desired temperature.
Additional smart home technology at Miller Square will be smart mirrors, smart lights and elevators in every unit!
