Spur Cross Conservation Area near Cave Creek
consists of over 2,100 acres of lush and lovely Sonoran Desert. It is a favorite for hiking enthusiasts, nature lovers, mountain bikers, horseback riders and anyone who is a lover of the outdoors. Park trails range in length from 1.2 miles to 4.6 miles and range from easy to difficult. There are always a wide variety of events scheduled at the conservation area. This month, don’t miss the Moonlight Hike at 7 pm on March 15 and the Wildfire Walk at 7pm on March 19th. There family friendly events are free.
