The Town of Fountain Hills is a master planned community that was established in 1970. Prior to 1970 the area was a cattle ranch and was part of one of the largest land and cattle holdings in Arizona. One of the community’s outstanding assets is its incredible views and natural desert landscape. There is a wide variety of homes to choose from in Fountain Hills. From apartments to condominiums, town homes to starter homes, large estates to empty nester homes, there is something for everyone in Fountain Hills.

Fountain Hills is accessible via Shea Blvd, giving residents easy access to the metropolitan area including Sky Harbor International airport and downtown Phoenix. For those who love to do some serious shopping, have no fear. Fountain Hills is close to some of the best shopping venues in the Valley. Scottsdale Fashion Square is close by and features such stores as Nordstom, Neiman Marcus, Barney’s New York, Prada and much more. Fountain Hills has five excellent schools in the Fountain Hills Unified School District.
