Ash I’m so excited that we’re coming up on black Friday!
Yes! It’s my favorite time of year, but not for the reason you think. This year’s extra special because it’s Black Friday for Real Estate buyers.
No, explain to them why, this is too exciting.
Ok, so, earlier in the year interest rates were a lot lower but also supply was a lot lower and it was hard to buy a house. Right? That’s right. Interest rates climbed up later in the year, but now what’s made black Friday for real estate is that interest rates have come down, but supply has crept up to over 23,000 homes, it’s a balanced market, giving buyers more opportunity!
More choice, and more bang for their buck because interest rates are low that’s why we’re saying hey- might as well be Black Friday for Real Estate Buyers.
So what do we do now, do we go to…
I think, A, you need to go to Walmart black Friday and find some pants…and B, put the presents down, let’s help them find a house.
